We know that for many of our candidates and team members, getting your career started in the current job market is tough. For some, the job market is over saturated with competition, for many its that they need more experience to even get started. What our team members love about Infinite North is that we provide dedicated training that is individualized to each person so that they get experience and career development.

Dedicated Training

Unlike most workplaces, our number one goal is to provide specific training to our employees that will easily allow them to advance through the phases of our program into a managerial role. We accomplish this by ensuring that only our top account managers are conducting the training, which results in a very relatable peer-to-peer coaching style. We’ve found that people tend to retain and process information better from people of their same cohort, so our training remains young, hip and fun. From games to songs- we strive to provide unique yet dynamic ways to deliver the information to our entry-level reps because no two people learn the exact same way.

Entry Level Openings

Our merit-based advancement path is what we truly pride ourselves in. If the President of the United States wanted to work for Infinite North, they would have to start at the entry-level because of the fact that our promotions only come from within. Anyone in a leadership role has advanced to that point by use of our sales system coupled with intangibles such as professionalism, integrity, and consistency. This keeps our promotions ad upward mobility black and white and gives those who willing to work hard an unprecedented opportunity regardless of prior experience or formal education.

One On One Training

Our peer-to-peer training allows for our trainers to give individuals their specific training geared towards how far along they are in their advancement in the program. Our office works very similarly to a sports team as we have sports-minded athletes running the show. The team captain on the basketball team can usually relate to the players a little better than the coach, so we highly utilize peer coaching as opposed to only coaching from management. This ensures that the content of each lesson is relevant and highly informative for that rep. We believe that as long as someone is putting their best foot forward and has an excellent student mentality, the training that they receive should be impactful.

Travel Opportunities

Who doesn’t like to travel? Between our quarterly regional conferences, our annual national conference, and the multiple markets that are available for us to visit- we are constantly on the go. Atlanta, Houston, New Orleans, Nashville, and Orlando are all places that reps have had the opportunity to visit for conferences or market visits (just to name a few). As our employees matriculate through the program, they’ll gain the opportunity to visit our parent company out in Agoura Hills, CA as well as attend our top leader summits which were most recently held in Vegas this past January.

Structured Career development

Our career path is one that is set and effective. We are very proud of the ability to start with entry-level employees who have no experience in sales, management, marketing, training, or coaching and develop them into impressive individuals who are prepared to manage and oversee operations of a company for one of our fortune 500 clients. We are prepared to walk each rep through the program phase by phase at the best rate for that individual. We are prepared to move as quickly as the trainee is, and can’t wait to interact and find the next pupils of the program who will matriculate to come out on the other side.
